What data do you provide
The request form uses name, company, telephone number, service, origin, destination and description of the operation. Email, volumes and expected deadline are optional. Provide only what is necessary for the initial conversation; documents and other data can later be aligned with the team.
How the form works
The information is used in your browser to compose a message. When choosing to send, the website opens WhatsApp with the text filled in. Sending only happens when you confirm the message within WhatsApp. Quote fields are not sent to an M3 EXPORT API or written to this site's database.
Service via WhatsApp
When you send the message, M3 EXPORT receives the data on WhatsApp to understand the request, discuss the services and monitor the operation. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy terms and practices. See WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Sharing and need
During the service, information necessary for the operation may need to be shared with those responsible for transportation or with professionals qualified for the applicable procedures. Do not include sensitive information in the initial request. The form does not automatically send data to these professionals.
Preferences, hosting and access
The website does not add advertising or tracking tools to the form. A temporary animation preference is stored for the browser session, without request details. When you choose a language, a functional cookie stores only that preference for up to 12 months. The Automatic option clears the preference and uses the country provided by the hosting platform or the browser language, without requesting your GPS location. Vercel provides hosting. Supabase provides panel authentication and storage for website content and versions. These services may process technical logs and access data needed for operation and security. The request form does not store your details in that database: information is passed to WhatsApp when you choose to send it.
Internal area and customer portal
Control Tower records companies, contacts, requests, operations, proposals, pending issues, assistance and documents necessary for the company's activity. The portal requires an account linked to the company and only displays authorized information from that link. Requests registered by the portal are stored in Supabase; the public form sent to WhatsApp continues without saving its fields in that bank.
Documents and history
Documents are in private storage. The administrator decides which files to share with the company, and each authorized download uses a link valid for 60 seconds. Changes to records generate a history of authorship and status. Purpose, legal obligations and privacy requests guide conservation; There is no assumed single deadline for all operations.
Your details and contact
You can chat with M3 EXPORT via WhatsApp to ask for clarification or request access, correction and deletion of the data provided in the service, observing the obligations applicable to the operation. The deadlines and conditions for storing documents are treated according to the purpose of the service and the applicable legal requirements.
